Foreign aid has always been a debatable topic in almost any concentration; whether it be sociology, politics, human rights or history. Since 2009 there has been one nation that has been consistently receiving the highest amount of foreign aid in terms of trillions of dollars and that country is Afghanistan. Just falling behind two trillion dollars behind Afghanistan is Vietnam. Both nations that have such great beauty and resources, unfortunately suffer from an extremely sad history.
