Present how strategic planning, performance improvement, and information systems are interrelated and fundamental to the delivery of quality health care.

This particular topic is the most important aspect needed to be understood when working in the health care administration field .In this paper I plan to explain why strategic planning, performance improvement and how information systems are equal to the delivery of health care. These topic will explain an analysis of their ability to mold healthcare management for more expert specialist, practitioners,employees as well as improving the lives and health of patients​ .

Strategic planning is a step by step process with definite objectives and end products that can be  implemented and evaluated. Very simply, it is a process by which we look into the future, paint a  picture of that future based on current trends, and influence the forces that will affect us.
